When life hands you lemons...

Make LEMON BARS




Ingredients
8 egg whites
4 scoops vanilla protein isolate
1/4c calorie free sweetener
Juice of two lemons
Zest of one lemon
1t vanilla extract
1/4t baking soda

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients.



3. Pour mixture in pan sprayed with nonstick spray. (I use a glass pan.)
4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
5. Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy!!!
